With illegal immigration running rampant and Mexican drug cartels seeming to have their way with our borders and in some case our citizens, Texas has stepped up to protect its borders and citizens in the wake of the federal government inability or unwillingness to do so. The fact that they have makes me proud to be a Texan.
This just goes to prove that here in Texas we don't need, or want, the inept, incompetent, and ineffective federal government to fight our battles for us or keep us safe. They have failed miserably in their attempts to do so anyway. Just like they have failed at everything else they have tried.
All I can say is God Bless Texas!!!
