BREAKING NEWS UPDATE:

Rep. Giffords is out of surgery and in intensive care. Doctors expect her to fully recover. Sadly, 5 people are dead including Federal Judge John Moll and an innocent 9 year-old girl. The suspect is identified as 22 year-old Jared Loughner of Tucson. Loughner was shot by a bystander, but survived (darn it). No motive for the shooting has been released.
