On the January 5, 2010 episode of TV Patrol (ABS-CBN), Gretchen Fullido reported that while they were gathering news on the New Year's Eve celebration of Noypi celebrities in the beautiful island of Boracay, their cameraman spotted two (2) foreigners doing a scandalous act on the beach.
