WWII Vets Denied entry into Dallas 5 star restaurant.
How much more outrageous, classless, and idiotic can you be than the so-called hostess at Wolfgang Puckhead's 560 Restaurant in Dallas? The rotating 5-star dining establishment sits atop Dallas's famed Reunion Tower. The hostess turned away the men, all in their 80's and 90's because they were dressed in shorts and ball caps instead of business casual attire as is the establishment's dress code.
Now anyone with functioning brain cells would immediately draw 2 conclusions for seeing these guys come into the restaurant. First, simply by virtue of their age, they deserve a free pass on some things. They lived long enough, they have earned it. Second, and most importantly, they put their lives on the line for our freedom, so they earned a free-pass yet again.
Clearly this hostess possesses all the political correctness skills to make her a rip roaring success in our Liberal/Socilaist society. She also just as clearly lacks the common sense, class, and decorum to know how disgusting her treatment of these veterans was. This lack of common sense and decorum makes her a dismal failure as a human being.
And, just in case you think I am being harsh with this hostess and on Puckhead's establishment, well guess, what, I am being no harder on her than she was on them. We fought the Germans in WWII. These brave men were on the front line in that battle. Wolfgang Puckhead is German. Coincidence, or a bit of revenge decades later? Hmmm. Only the Puckhead knows for sure.
Rest assured of one thing though...Wolfgang Puckhead's 560 restaurant will not get one dime of my money, and hopefully not any from anyone who reads this. Let's send him a message he can't ignore. Let's let him know that he can't allow his employees to treat our bravest in such a classless manor and get away with it.
