SJP introduces clothing line

Sarah Jessica Parker is the latest celeb to enter the fashion world with a label called Bitten. The Sex and the City alum held a private lunch with fashion editors in NYC yesterday to introduce the line, which will include jeans, lingerie, casual wear and accessories. The low-priced line will reportedly be sold to the inexpensive chain store Steve & Barry's.

Angelina in Vietnam to pick up new son

Angelina Jolie and son Maddox landed in Vietnam earlier today to complete the process of adopting a three-and-a-half-year-old boy. Jolie is scheduled to appear at an adoption ceremony with Vietnamese officials tomorrow morning, though some sources suggest the UN rep may be able to pick up her new son as early as tonight. Once the child is in her custody, Jolie's application must be reviewed by the U.S. consulate before a passport can be issued for the boy. The head of Vietnam's offical international adoption bureau admits Jolie's application was fast-tracked because "a celebrated person is certainly treated a little bit different from others." The Tomb Raider actress filed papers as a single parent because she and Brad Pitt are not married.

Whitney Houston began work on her comeback record in an LA recording studio earlier this week. Following years of alleged drug abuse and a recent stint in rehab, Houston has reportedly been working with a vocal coach to bring her voice back from any damage caused by smoking. The Grammy-winning singer is teaming up with former mentor Clive Davis for her new album, and is also set to work with John Legend, Ne-Yo and others on the project.

Tori welcomes son

Tori Spelling is in labor, according to Extra. The 90210 alum and husband Dean McDermott arrived at Cedars-Sinai in LA this morning to deliver their first child, a son.

Update... Spelling gave birth to 6 pound, 6 ounce Liam Aaron McDermott on Tuesday. "They're all really happy and everybody's resting now," a rep for the new parents said. "Tori and the baby are healthy."

New couple alert: recently-rehabbed Lindsay Lohan has reportedly been spending time with Jude Law in NYC. Lohan hit up The Box on Chrystie Street with the Alfie hunk on Friday and Saturday night this past weekend. "They are adoring one another's company," said an observer, who could not confirm the pair are actually dating. Lohan started her Friday evening at Nobu Next Door with her mom before heading to Stereo and eventually meeting up with Law. "She called Jude at one in the morning and met him at The Box," said a spy. On Saturday night the pair hit up The Box once again and were joined by Sean Penn and Tim Robbins.
