Poo-poo platter anyone?

A Japanese "scientist" has figured how to make meat from poop. I guess this is what they call a poo-poo platter? SHITake maybe? Either way, no way I am eating anything with the words "poo" or "shit" in the name.

Where did he get the idea? From a children's book of course...
