90210 alum Luke Perry has filed a restraining order against a woman he alleges has been harrassing him and his family. In the court documents, Perry states the woman has "repeatedly harrassed me by phone and by mail. Showing up at my house uninvited and unannounced," and that he has learned the woman has "a history of psychiatric issues." The woman is also allegedly trying to enroll her children at the school Perry's children attend, and has been showing up at events where Perry is slated to appear.
