The budget raw deal

I have been saving my comments on Friday night's budget deal until I could come up with something succinct to say. So here it is.

A personal message to John Boehner. Mr. Speaker, winners do not compromise, negotiate, or capitulate. Your side won, yet you did all three. It's time to start acting like a winner and not a loser. Otherwise your side will lose big in 2012 and hand us 4 more years of Obamunism. Do what we elected you guys to do. Re-introduce a bill that cuts a minimum of $60 billion from the federal budget. Include in that the defunding of all of Obamacare (including the $105 billion in start up costs), the defunding of Planned Parenthood, NPR, PBS, National Endowment for the Arts, just to name a few. DO NOT SETTLE for anything less. Do not back down, back up, or back off. Do not give in, give up, or give out. Stay the course and fight the fight. Make America and Americans proud! America's future and your political career(s) depend on it.
