Tiger Woods held a press conference yesterday and said he was sorry for the 27 or however many extra-marital affairs he had. His statement though was not as much as a apology as it was a statement of his condition and character. Only a really sorry person would cheat on his wife like that. So yes, Tiger is sorry. He is a very sorry excuse of a man and a husband.
