Brooke Burke and Baywatch alum David Charvet welcomed a daughter on Monday in Santa Monica. Heaven Rain Charvet was born at 6lbs, 8 ounces, and Burke's rep said, "Mother and baby are doing very well and are now resting comfortably at home. Everything went well with the delivery, and Rain looks just like her mother." An insider says the couple chose the name because "rain grows everything. She's an amazing baby. She almost never cries.
