Boss and employees
Boss to four of his employees:
"- I'm really sorry but I'm going to have let one of you go."
Black employee: - "I'm a protected minority"
Female employee:- "And I am a woman"
Oldest employee: - "Fire me,buster, and I'll hit you with an age discrimination suit so fast it'll make your head spin"
To which they all turn to look at the helpless young, white, male employee, who thinks a moment, then responds: "I think I might be gay...".

Aniston wins praise on Broadway
Jennifer Aniston was one of the many celebs participating in last night's 24 Hour Plays on Broadway benefit in New York. The project featured six 10-minute plays, all written, rehearsed and performed within a 24-hour period. Aniston co-starred with Rosie Perez, who said, "We had a real boost from Jennifer Aniston. She was a sweet as pie. I really appreciated her coming because she raised the profile of tonight's event and that is going to help so much. She didn't have to do this. She didn't have to take time out of her schedule... She said, 'I'll do all the press. I'll do whatever you want.' She's got chops. She said she had performed off-Broadway. She's really, really good." Other celebs who performed last night included Anna Paquin, Julianna Margulies, Sam Rockwell and Liev Schreiber.
Paris pimps herself out again
A few desperate celebs are pimping themselves out for cash on New Year's Eve. Rumors are flying that Paris Hilton and Carmen Electra are hoping to score gigs hosting New Year's celebrations in Miami, NYC or LA. Hilton is reportedly asking $100,000 plus expenses and transportation via private jet, and Electra's bill is a mere $50,000 plus expenses.

Gwen's battle to lose her baby weight
Gwen Stefani talked to Ryan Seacrest Monday about her new album and her struggle to lose the baby weight she gained after giving birth to Kingston. "Let's just talk about how hard it's been," Stefani said. "That's been really hard. But it's almost gone." The popstar says she's still nursing her five-month-old son and has been following a diet and exercise regiment that includes regular jogs. "I've just been eating healthy. I cheat every day at least once." Stefani plans to start a tour in April in support of her new album, tentatively titled The Sweet Escape, and bring Kingston with her. "I'm excited to go out there and have the baby on the outside. He's the greatest thing in the world. There was no transition. It was just like, 'Where were you?'"Twins for rock couple
Strokes guitarist Nick Valensi and his wife, British TV personality Amanda de Cadenet, have welcomed twins. De Cadenet gave birth to a boy and a girl in LA. Both babies weighed 6 pounds, although the boy reportedly spent a day in intensive care.
Anna Nicole facing eviction and paternity suit
Anna Nicole Smith failed to appear at a meeting with the lawyer of her ex-boyfriend today in the Bahamas. Larry Birkhead, the photographer who claims to be the biological father of Smith's baby girl Dannielynn, filed suit in LA seeking a court order to force the former Playmate to bring the six-week-old baby to LA for a paternity test. To make things even more complicated for the grieving Smith, an eviction letter was reportedly hand-delivered to her residence in the Bahamas. A Myrtle Beach developer says he bought the property where Smith has been staying for just under $1 million in August as a favor to the reality show star, and Smith was supposed to sign a mortgage to buy the house from him in turn but has since refused to do so. "She said it was a gift," the owner told People mag. "I never said that. I don't have that kind of money." As to whether he plans to formally admit Smith, he said, "I don't want to embarrass or humiliate Anna. I just need my money, or collateral, back." If Smith returns to the U.S., she will undoubtedly have to face the paternity suit filed by Birkhead.Picture post
